- Hosting SLA 100% Server Uptime
Sioure USA Corp ("Sioure Enterprise", "us", "we", or "our")
operates http://www.sioure.com (the "Site").
Hosting Server and Cloud systems. We understand that your hosting
server are essential to the operation of your business. We
guarantee a 100% uptime for your servers. However we also
understand that out factors other than uptime may prohibit
your website from functioning correctly.
We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
- Hardware SLA
- Your hardware will be functioning 100% of the time in a given period, excluding scheduled maintenance
- Power and HVAC systems will be functioning 100% of the time in a given month, excluding scheduled maintenance
- Network uptime will be 100% in a given month, excluding scheduled maintenance
- Service Support Description
Support is limited to Web Service Sioure Enterprise Offers which includes the following
- Hosting Support: Any issue prohibiting your website from functioning properly and connection issues
- Email Support: the nature of the issue is the SE Servers and not the client or user Internet connection
- Any connection issues to services like Database, Containers, VPNs etc
- Requesting Service Support
Support Help Desk: Users may also submit requests for assistance with web issues via the https://myaccount.sioure.com Requests submitted via this channel will be automatically associated with your company contact information, and you can keep track of your ticket's progress directly on the helpdesk website. Requests made via the web are processed during normal hours of operation.
Urgent support requests may be made by telephone to (209) 317-9118 Worldwide. Messages left during off hours will be processed the next business day.
- Changes To This SLA
This SLA is effective as of Tuesday, October, 4th, 2017 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
- We reserve the right to update or change our SLA at any time and you should check this SLA periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the SLA on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified SLA.
